Before you arrive

A smooth arrival starts before the event

My Events

  • Your booking

Check that your seat is confirmed and any required payment is complete. An application or waiting-list place is not a booking.

  • Your arrival time

Arrive at the advertised time with your booking or ticket ready.

  • Your check-in

Check in with the coach: your booking alone does not confirm your attendance.

  • A change of plans?

Cannot come? Cancel promptly in My Events. Running late? Contact the organiser listed on your event page.

And what about voting?

Some events offer activity voting. The event page and your coach explain whether it is part of your evening.

If my event offers voting, how does it work?

When the coach opens voting, enter your event's voting lobby, choose an option and submit before the countdown ends.
