    Express your interest through My Crush after the event. Contact details are shared only with mutual consent.

For curated events, apply for free first. A place is not guaranteed: selected applicants receive an invitation to book and pay. Dates, prices and conditions are on the event page.

  • Your booking

    Check that your seat is confirmed and any required payment is complete. An application or waiting-list place is not a booking.

  • Your arrival time

    Arrive at the advertised time with your booking or ticket ready.

  • Your check-in

    Check in with the coach: your booking alone does not confirm your attendance.

  • A change of plans?

    Cannot come? Cancel promptly in My Events. Running late? Contact the organiser listed on your event page.
